ON SALE, all the pieces of equipment of a laundry-dyeing center (Santiago Textil Mfg., S. a.) located at the Industrial Free Zone in Santiago, Dominican Republic.
Although An appraisal specialist office (authorized appraiser agent) assigned them a value of US$710,000, by November 2008, they are on sale for just US$260,000.
The pieces of equipment were bought new from factory, in 2000, 2001 and 2002 and they are in very good conditions.
This laundry and dyeing center was certified by Levi´s and developed for this company important programs on jeans: washes, dyeing, and special fashion finishes.
Types of equipment in the package: Washers (900 and 650 lb), Dryers (900, 300 and 200 lb), boilers (300 and 100 HP), Water Heater (220 gpm of hot water), sample washer, dyeing lab, handsanding machines, blowers.
